I just Finish my music class. Wa, 10 March my Exam. My side writing still very slow and it sux. I think i am going to fail la. I need to get 100/150 to pass. But lucky my 3 songs that i must prepare befor hand is good. I just do my best can already la.
Sorry i a bit lack la. You see, exam over already but i still busy la. I got a lot of thing i haven done yet. Oh and i still got to go to Malaysia on the 14 to 15 so on both that days i cannot go out with you la and don't bother to sms me. I will not bring my phone there.
I love to run. But on that day of my cross country race, i had a competition with singapore sports school. It was the finals lo. that the hack! So in the end i cannot ran lo. If i run i think i can be the top ten. Maybe. For my 2.7km, I got a timing of 10minutes and 53seconds. The teacher said that was the timing of a cross country runner. The surprising things is that I DON'T TRAIN AT ALL. For me it's all in the mind. You all must try. I teach a method to help you pass or do well for your NAFA.
You must be mentally prepared before you run. Do warm ups like star jumps until you sweat a bit. Then take 3 deep breaths. When you ran, DO NOT SPRINT IN THE FIRST PART OF THE ROUTE. You will use up all of your energy if you do that. The aim is to never stop. Just keep running. Or if you are tired, you can jog but DO NOT WALK OR STOP. If you are really that lousy, do not push yourself until you faint or die. Know your limits. and DO NOT BREATH THROUGH YOUR MOUTH but exhale from it if you want because your throat will dry up the more you use it and you will feel thirsty.
Trust me. The next moment you will see that your timing improving like XIAO! Hope this TIP is useful. But this is my style of running.
